When you choose to build a new home or commercial building, I believe that you develop a relationship with your the designer beyond a typical business arrangement. This is not a big box store, where you make a simple purchase and the interaction is complete in a matter of minutes. Projects take time, and often the connection between the people shows through in the final product.
